MM.Lafleur began selling dresses in 2013, and now the women’s workwear company is on track to exceed $30 million in revenue. Washington, DC, is the brand’s first showroom outside of New York City. EMA designed the space to showcase clothing and accessories in a setting that encourages interaction between customers and stylists. Materials played an important role in the design and were specifically selected to create a space that feels residential, yet durable. LED lighting was utilized for both beauty and energy efficiency, carefully calibrated to display the
true colors and textures of the clothing line’s fabrics and materials.
